An Excellent Review from The Wilmington Star for Book Two

On Sunday 16 September, staff writer Ben Steelman with the Wilmington Star-News reviewed The Blacksmith’s Daughter. The headline reads
"Revolutionary War Tale fun and fast," and here’s the online link.
Grasshopper is again very grateful.

After you’ve read the review, let me know what you think of Mr. Steelman’s comment about actor Julian McMahon.

  1. Well, Julian McMahon is to me someone you love to hate. I loved him and hated him on “Charmed”. Kept wanting to to turn out well but he plays a very charming bad guy.
You know, some of the characters mentioned in the review reminded me of a book I read years ago about this period in history, Celia Garth by Gwen Bristow. It is a love story but also has some great historical detail. My copy of your book is ordered and I look forward to it arriving.
